This form is to be used by organizations wishing to re-register for the 2009-2010 academic year. All current (2008-2009) student organization registrations will expire on June 30, 2009. The information provided below will go into effect July 1, 2009. Organizations may provide the information in advance of the July 1, 2009 date, however it will not appear until after July 1.
Completion and submission of the form below does not automatically register an organization. Confirmation of registration status will be communicated by the Department of Student Activities via email to the organization's Chief Organization Office. Once you have submitted your completed re-registration information, you will have to contact the Involvement Office for any further changes.
Registration as an organization does not automatically reserve space for your organization at the Involvement Fair. After re-registering your organization, please follow the links to the Involvement Fair reservation page for more information.

NOTE: The Department of Student Activities is excited to announce a new way to support student organization leaders across campus! The Student Organization Leaders Intentional Development (SOLID) program is a new initiative intended to ensure that you, as student organization leaders, are properly equipped to lead your groups successfully and utilize all of the resources available. All organizations must complete the SOLID program before they will be considered "Registered." You can learn more about SOLID now or check it out after you submit your re-registration information.
