The purpose of this survey is to better understand you. Student Activities is seeking to understand the demographic make up of our student leaders so that we can better design training, support, and better advise/supervise our groups. So please take a moment to fill out this short survey.

We know that some of this information is private. Our goal is to protect this information which is why this survey is both ANONYMOUS and OPTIONAL. All data will be aggregated (put together) so that no one person’s information will ever be available on its own.
