Husky Roadshows are designed by the Department of Student Activities to provide round trip transportation for UConn undergraduate students attending sporting events at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field and the PeoplesBank Arena (formerly the XL Center).  Husky Roadshows are intended to increase students' ability to attend off-campus home games, while classes are in session, and to support UConn athletics in general. Husky Roadshows do not occur during University holidays or closures.

2025 Football Roadshow Information

Tickets: Football Roadshow tickets provide round trip transportation from the Storrs campus to Rentschler Field in East Hartford, CT. All Football Roadshow tickets are FREE to UConn students.  Tickets will be available to be picked up at the Student Union Information Center beginning the Monday prior to the game, but must be obtained by 3pm 2 days prior to the game.  A valid UConn ID is necessary to pick up a free Roadshow ticket.  You must secure a game ticket prior to the game.

Buses: Buses will begin departing from the UConn Austin Building (Mansfield Busway) 2.5 hours prior to the scheduled game time. The last bus will leave UConn 1.5 hours prior to the scheduled game time. Buses will begin leaving Rentschler Field at the END of the 3rd quarter and only as they are full. The last bus will leave promptly 30 minutes after the end of the game. Students must have a valid UConn student ID and a printed Husky Roadshow ticket to board a bus. Roadshow tickets on phones and tablets will not be accepted.

Students are not allowed to leave anything on the bus, nor bring items that are not permitted at Rentschler Field such as umbrellas, backpacks, large handbags, coolers, and banners/signs. Food and beverages are also prohibited on the buses. Students are responsible for their actions on the buses and while at the game. The University Code of Conduct will be enforced, and violators will be reported to the Office of Community Standards.

Tickets will be available to be picked up at the Student Union Information Center. See schedule below for information on ticket pickup dates and times.  A valid UConn ID is necessary to pick up a free Roadshow ticket. Student must secure a separate game ticket.
